Description

Looking to make a clean break from the ordinary? Sodexo is seeking an environmental services / housekeeping evening shift Operations Manager for a 350 bed acute care and behavioral medicine health care services facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with standardized environmental services operating systems and standards as well as strong knowledge of floor/carpet care, a must as extensive project work will be supervised and supported during the evening shifts. The Operations Manager will have operational responsibility for all aspects of the department?s second and third shifts to include systems development, implementation and compliance, budgets, 35 Sodexo full-time equivalent frontline staff members, as well as three hourly supervisors. Requirements

Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 1 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.Position Posting Title: Housekeeping Manager
