Responsibilities:
* Under limited supervision, manages, investigates and resolves assigned Property Loss claims.
* Provides policyholders with quality customer service.
* May assist Claims Representatives with in-person inspection/policyholder contact where necessary

Requirements |
+ Able to lift and carry 40+ lbs.
+ Ability to climb roofs.
+ Willingness to travel around a section of Oklahoma to inspect Homeowner claims.
+ Clean driving record. Must be willing to live near the Oklahoma City area.Strong written and oral communications skills required.
+ Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required.
+ Strong customer service experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of coverages provided within various homeowner policies.
+ Capable of writing structural damage estimates of $15,000 minimum.
+ College education or equivalent training plus minimum 18-24 months directly related experience required.
+ Has completed some advanced property training. License required.
